DEPRESSION NEEDS EXPRESSION NOT SUPPRESSION

Well guys today let's talk on an issue which actually remain undiscussed in our society and it is gradually eating us.
You guys read it all correct that depression needs expression not suppression. Depression is such a issue which should be discussed broadly.
Depression not only makes us mentally weak but it also makes us a very weak person who always tries to run away from problems.
I have come across many people who drinks,smokes or go for drugs to get away from all of their problems but I guess these are not at all the solutions for coping up with depression.
Just think that you took a lot of drinks,or smoked or took drugs and for sometime u forgot all your pains,worries and went to sleep but when you will wake up in the morning won't you have all those same problems standing infront of you,then what you will do,how many days you can rely on drinking,smoking,drugs to get away from your problems,one day you have to face it,so why not today.
Ok let me tell something about myself then:-
From childhood I was always a very bright student and my mom and dad always had a lot of ambitions for me.When i was in standard 11 and 12 i remember how before every exam i used to fall ill.But as soon as my exams used to finish i used to be absolutely alright.I always used to think that if i will not perform well how will i face my parents,i never wanted to let them down.I remember after the first pre boards of standard 12 i got really unwell.I used to vomit out everything i eat,doctors were like what happened to this 17 year old teenager,i took a lot of medicines,underwent blood tests,ultrasound,endoscopy and what not but doctors didn't got anything,even medicines didn't worked out.Then at the end doctors understood that i am suffering from severe depression and anxiety.I remember i became somewhat like an insomniac.I was prescribed medicines so that i can sleep well.Only i knew how tough it was for me to cope up.
That's why i really knew how much lonely,helpless a person becomes when he/she feels lonely even when they are around their loved ones because they failed to express themselves,they feel they don't have anyone to talk to,to express their pain and worries,there is no one whom they can give a tight hug and that will take all their pains and worries away.
But if we try we can very well get out of depression to an extent.The first and foremost thing is talk to someone u love,u trust,that may be your parents,your brother or sister,your cousins,your friends,your boyfriend/girlfriend.But the thing is talk and express yourself.Don't think that if i will talk about my problems people will judge me.If you are in too much pain that can't be soothe by anyone then visit a doctor.There is nothing wrong in going to a doctor for seeking help regarding depression.Just like you go to a doctor when you have fever,stomach ache or whatever it is,you also can visit a doctor if you feel your emotions are overpowering on you.When we love someone we express right,we try to make that person feel special then why not expressing our pains and worries,why to suppress them when we know that our worries and pains are killing us inside.
I am a person who just fall short of expressing emotions but all i can say is the we all really need to express ourselves.Do we think twice to share happiness then why to think so mane times to express our worries and pains.

LOVE YOURSELF.TRUST YOURSELF.RESPECT YOURSELF.EXPRESS YOURSELF.


ALWAYS REMEMBER WHEN WE EXPRESS OR SHARE HAPPINESS IT INCREASES BUT WHEN WE SHARE OUR SORROWS,OUR PAINS,OUR WORRIES IT REDUCES.
